Soo, When I was 5 years old I realized there was a road at the end I would win lots of pots of gold. Yes please walk with me down the Road To The Riches. Coming straight out of Queens New York, Kool G. Rap was arguably the most underrated emcee of all time.  However the true students of the game valued all of his contributions. With DJ Polo spinning on the wheels of steel, this track was definitely a favorite to many!

BlackBerry Releases the Z10 Smartphone

This latest bit of news should make all the loyal Blackberry fans very happy. After losing ground to the Apple IPhone and the Samsung Galaxy 3 smartphones, Blackberry is set to release its first "all-touch" smartphone. The Z10 is the latest member of the Blackberry smartphone family. The Z10 sports a plastic and aluminum finish with a 4.2 inch high resolution touch screen. On the inside, the device is loaded with a powerful dual-core 1.5Ghz processor. The phone also comes equipped with a 2 megapixel front facing camera (720p video) and a 8 megapixel rear camera which is capable of recording in 1080p. The LTE-ready Z10 will be available for AT&T, Verizon and Sprint at a price of $200 with a new contract. 

Timbaland To Join Roc Nation

Well rumor has it that super-producer Timbaland, will be leaving his current situation to join forces with Jay-Z and Roc Nation. Jay-Z is all to familiar with Timbaland, as the two have collaborated on some of Hova's hit singles like: "Jigga What, Jigga Who," "Big Pimpin' ," "Dirt Off Your Shoulder," "Off That" and "Hola Hovito" just to name a few. You can also credit Timbaland with the production of Justin Timberlake's latest single Suit & Tie, which also features Jay-Z. Jay-Z broke the news about Timbo joining Roc Nation on his blog "Life & Times" earlier today. 

Chris Brown and Frank Ocean Fight Over Parking Spot???

Two of the most recognizable R and B talents of today fought over a parking space??? Yes, this is what was being reported today by Frank Ocean and the West Hollywood police. Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were  both working in the Westlake studio when the altercation started. TMZ reported that 

"Frank Ocean and his entourage blocked Chris Brown's path as he tried to exit the studio on Sunday night, reportedly telling him, This is my studio, this is my parking spot." Seems like Chris attempted to be diplomatic, trying to shake Frank's hand, but was attacked by a member of his crew which resulted in Brown and Ocean getting into a brawl."

It was also reported that Chris Brown left the scene before the authorities had arrived. Frank Ocean took to his twitter account with his take on the matter.

"Got jumped by Chris and a couple guys. Lol. I only wish Everest was here." "Cut my finger now I can't play w/two hands at the Grammys."

Chris Brown and Frank Ocean are scheduled to perform at this years Grammy Awards. Ocean is nominated for Best New Artist, Album of the Year and Record of the Year, while Brown was nominated for one.

Rick Ross's Rolls Royce Shot At In Ft. Lauderdale FL???

There is a major rumor that has surfaced out of south Florida involving a "famous rapper." At 5 am this morning in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, a Rolls Royce which was said to be carrying a "famous rapper" was shot at several times by someone in a passing vehicle. The Rolls Royce ended up crashing into a nearby restaurant building. Witnesses who viewed the crash said the famous rapper was none other than MMG general "Rick Ross." The news report stated that the "famous rapper" was still inside the restaurant cooperating with police and was said to be a fear for his life. What a way to celebrate your 37th birthday, if the "famous rapper" is indeed Rick Ross. Check out the video below.

Happy M.L.K. Day!!!

Today we remember one of the greatest civil rights leaders in African-American history. Dr. Martin Luther King's life was taken because he spoke on his dream for equality and a end to racism. Although racism still exist, we have come along way as people who can coexist with each other. On this day of community service, we would like to take time to thank Dr. King for his "dream" and the folks out serving the community today. Check out the "I have a Dream speech" below.

Despite the dismantling of the group, Gillie has always been a hustler and a determined entrepreneur.
Yes, if anything Philadelphia produces passionate hustlers/artists. Pusha-T is brought in to give his version of street life, which he is all so happy to do.

Soo whats a good mob flick without star actors Al Pacino and Christopher Walken? Stand Up Guys is not your ordinary mob flick however. Directed by Fisher Stevens, tthis tale has comedy feel to it, as one old-time gangster must chose if he will obey his orders to kill another. The two do form a tight bind, but sometimes its business never personal.

Miguel is on the hook while Ross, Pusha-T and Curren$y explain to women why they are better choice.

Philadelphia Eagles Hire Chip Kelly as Head Coach

Soo this news has made headlines on just about every sports network. Early today ESPN reported the Philadelphia Eagles have officially hired  49 year-old Charles "Chip" Kelly as their head coach. Chip Kelly who's resume reads as a former college coach for the Oregon Ducks, going 46-7 while coaching and just recently defeating Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl. Kelly is well known for his offensive mind and he was able to do a lot of crafty trick with his formations and sets.

The Eagles organization have had their eye on Kelly for some time. The fact that he had decided to return to Oregon only delayed the hiring process. However, we now see that Chip has changed his mind again from being a duck to a eagle(lol).

Now we shall wait to hear the public's response, being that the firing of Andy Reid was such an emotional roller coaster. Many wanted Andy to be relieved of his duties while some appreciated his winning seasons. Fans have voiced there views of bringing in a defensive mind coach who could get back to the Buddy Ryan style of play. But, after a losing season, a quarterback controversy and some rowdy fans Chip has his work cut out for him.

Cassidy - R.A.I.D. Meek Mill Diss (Official Audio)

The war between two city of "Brotherly Love" rappers continue, with this latest diss track from Cassidy. "R.A.I.D." is the latest haymaker thrown by Cassidy in his attempt to rid himself of a pest aka Meek Mill. Last week Meek responded to Cassidy's initial diss record "Me, Myself and iPhone" with his diss record "Repo." During the diss record Meek poured more fuel on a rumor about Cassidy's luxury vehicle recently being repossessed. Cassidy must have took offense since he responded with "R.A.I.D.", a 10 minute diss track. Cassidy touched on several topics related to Meek, while going in over several old school beats. Andy Reid Is The New Kansas City Cheifs Head Coach

Andy Reid didn't take long to land on his feet, after being fired by the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this week. Reports state that Reid has agreed to a five year contract in principle to become the new coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. Reid obtained many accomplishments during his 14 years in Philadelphia, but wasn't able to bring a super bowl championship to the city. Reid will now try to accomplish in Kansas City, what he wasn't able to do in Philly. Reports state that Reid has already contacted former offensive line coach and defensive coordinator Juan Castillo to be the O-line coach in KC. The well respected Reid will be taking on the difficult challenge of turning around a team in KC, that is fresh off of a 2-14 season. Can Reid win a Super Bowl title with the Chiefs??? Only time will tell.

Im So Philly Presents...The Birthday Comedy Roast of Comedian Rich Salter

 Soo if you haven't heard, then you need to pay attention to this news. Im So Philly has now made sure that the infamous Rich Salter will be subject of a pure old fashion comedy roast. Yes, its his birthday celebration and you have the opportunity to witness him get killed all night by some of the industry's well know comedians. Special guests B Phlat, Sean Clay, and Denny Live will make their appearance.

The show will take place at the Diamond Club (Temple University) located at 1913 N. Broad Street. Tickets are priced at $20 and there will be 2 shows at 7&9pm. Come get a good LAUGH!
