 Soo now we have a visual to go along with the controversial song, where Nas decides to go public with his feelings involving his past marriage. The song has made many headlines being that Nas comes clean on his version on why the marriage did not work. He gives hints on lack of trust and communication, and adds that while he is hurt from the experience, he is willing to try marriage again. The infamous green wedding dress that is displayed on the album cover is also revealed in the video.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has taken up a new hobby... Rapping lol. Jerry is featured in a new Papa Johns pizza commercial dropping a mean sixteen. If Jerry keeps rapping his team may lose sixteen games from embarrassment. Im sure all my Eagles fans are or will be laughing at cowboys fans after watching the commercial. MADDEN 13... The Best Ever???

The latest version of the Madden football game series was released today. Madden 13 is being dubbed the best Madden game to date. With upgrades to game-play and a new broadcasting team, this years Madden is sure to give fanatics a new feel. Fans have been somewhat disappointed with the game in previous years because of the lack of improvements. The critics have spoken and most agree that Madden 13 is the best football game ever. Fat Joe Ft. Kayne West, Roscoe Dash & Miguel "Pride N Joy"(Official Video)

Soo some veteran rappers are still in the studio working hard to stay relevant. Bronx native Fat Joe has just released another single, preparing for his album release. As he indicated earlier this year, the album will give some attention to the ladies. He kept his word with track, as he lets his female companion know no matter the cost he do all he can to keep her happy.

The video was directed by Hype Williams and it features an all star cast. Kayne added some verses to the track to give a change of pace.

The King of the South stopped by ESPN's First Take show to have some friendly dialogue with the esteemed panel. T.I., Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless discussed Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Micheal Vick. T.I. gave his opinion on Vick's health and ability to take the Eagles to the Superbowl. Check out the discussion below.

2 Chainz and The Roots??? Yes, this collaboration took place when 2 Chainz stopped by The Live With Jimmy Fallon show. With assistance from The Roots crew, 2 Chainz performed his chart topping singles "No Lie" and "Spend It." Black Thought did his best Drake impersonation while performing "No Lie." Since the Allen Iverson era, 76ers fans have not had a true superstar player to cheer for.  Last week the Sixers organization changed that by acquiring franchise/all-star center Andrew Bynam from the Lakers. Andrew Bynam instantly becomes the face of the 76ers team. It seems like the 76ers front office adopted a "Out with the old, in with the new" mentality at seasons end. The old: Elton Brand, Andre Iguodala, Louis Williams and Jodie Meeks are all gone. The new: Andrew Bynam, Nick Young, Jason Richardson, Dorrell Wright, Kwame Brown, Arnett Moultrie and Royal Ivey. There are only five players returning from last years team. Jrue Holiday, Evan Turner, Thaddeus Young, Spencer Hawes and Lavoy Allen all will stay with the new look Sixers team. The Sixers have given the fans a reason to cheer and haters a reason to buy a ticket. The Sixers press conference to introduce Andrew Bynum and Jason Richardson is scheduled for 12:15pm today at the National Constitution Center at 6th and Market Streets in Philadelphia. The Art of Storytelling: Cam'ron

Soo in this edition of storytelling we chose an artist who definitely has the lyrical ability to give lessons through his music. Cam'ron a Harlem native, who maybe most known for his cocky flamboyant style proved that he thinks on a deeper level than what he advertises.

We dug deep on this one, going back to Cam's first album Confession of Fire. The song is titled D-Rugs and its very touching and compelling in my opinion. Cam instantly opens up on his feelings about his mother and her addiction to drugs. He refers to drugs(crack) as a man named D-Rugs, who has started to date his mother and aunt, and he has brought nothing but devastation, pain and frustration. Cam speaks from the position of a child who witnessed a traumatic situation at a young age.

The story takes another turn when Cam himself gets introduced to D-Rugs from one of his friends. He quickly finds that if he exploits and sells him, cash money is sure to follow. Although Cam witnessed his mother struggle with her addiction, he soon develops his own with the same man.

In conclusion, the story was a great message to the youth. Explaining both sides of drug addiction from the user to the seller. One line states "We both were arrested stars of the block, her by cardiac, me by the cops" Both individuals were tempted and consumed by the false illusion that crack cocaine presented. In the end D-Rugs only brought destruction to the family.

Comedy Corner: Kevin Hart, Kanye West & Kim Kardashian MTV VMAs Promo

America's new hottest couple, Kanye West & Kim Kardashian are featured along side Kevin Hart in the MTV Video Music Awards commercial. Kanye & Kim have been a hot item since their relationship has gone public. Kanye has also been seen in a few episodes of the Kardashian reality show. Kevin Hart continues to make Philly proud by proving that anyone can succeed in life by working hard. You can catch the MTV VMAs on Sept. 6th @ 8pm. Check out the video below and leave a comment. 

Old School Flow: Joey Bada$$

Soo from the sounds of it, Hip-Hop just may have a pulse again. Lately the underground has been buzzing about a 17-year old emcee named Joey Bada$$. Coming straight outta Brooklyn, the kid definitely has done his homework on the roots of authentic Hip-Hop. The style reminds you of the era of 90's when the culture embraced originality. A time when emcees took the time to perfect their craft. Yes a time when it was okay to be yourself.  Joey tells his story of a teenager growing up on the streets New York , his values seem to differ from most rappers today.

He recently released a mixtape titled 1999, where he lets the audience on his perspective as a teenager. On some songs, such as Waves you may find yourself comparing to CL Smooth or Q-Tip. Instead you get a full dosage of heavy word play. With some notable production from MF DOOM, J Dilla and Lord Finesse the mixtape below deserves some attention.

As always a breathe of fresh air is always welcomed. True Hip-Hop shall always shine through for the rap game now is ailing. We need more artists to be true to themselves and get back to Art itself...Im Just Saying

Soo its great to see a Philadelphia native still hard at work perfecting his craft. Freeway a former State Property/Rocafella member was always known for his strong work ethic and good business sense. While you may not hear much new material from his counterparts, he has been consistent over the years.
He just released his new single titled "We Up" where he lets his fans know he is doing just fine out here on these cold streets.

Aaliyah ft. Drake – Enough Said (Official Audio)

Drake has taken it upon himself to resurrect one of the most talented songstress of our time. Drake is rumored to be the "executive producer" for the late Aaliyah's new album."Enough Said" will be the first single from the album. The track also features Drake and was produced by  Noah "40" Shebib. Super-producer Timberland is said to not be on board with this project. If this is true, is Drake wrong for not receiving Timberland and Missy's permission to make such a record and or album??? Drake should be collaborating with Aaliyah's former team and should have received some form of approval. Check out the track below and leave us your opinion.

Andy Reid's Son Garrett Reid Found Dead...

Soo this news is about as bad as it gets for a parent. Early this morning Philadelphia Eagle Head Coach Andy Reid learned that his oldest son Garrett Reid was found dead at the Lehigh University practice facility. Police at Lehigh stated that they made the 911 call at 7:20am, when Garrett was found in his dormitory room.

There are no confirmed reports for cause of death, but already rumors have started to surface that his death could have been drug related. He and his brother both were arrested on drug charges in 2007, while Garrett was in and out of prison in 2009. Coach Reid did not show for practice today, Assistants Marty Mornhinweg and Juan Castillo will be in charge of the team until he returns.

Garrett was viewed as part of the team being that Andy has been with the team for so long. From the owner Jeffrey Lurie down to the players, Garrett Reid will be missed.

Soo my real true poker players love it when I talk like this. If you live in Philadelphia or the surrounding area and you love to play the game without the worry of losing your last dime then this venue is for you. Poker Tournament Director Joe Olive has taken the liberty to orchestrate a poker club that welcomes all players to showcase their skills free of charge! Yes that's right no money is required to play, but u do stand to take home a cash prize should your skills prove to be the best. Its a warm social atmosphere where everyone is friendly but competitive(lol). Be sure to remember that while the poker play is free, it is not for the venue. Please support the venue with your food and beverage purchase. Check out the different bars that host the tournaments during the week.
