Soo if Kayne West wasn't releasing controversial material, then I think we all should look to panic.  His latest release titled "New Slave"is rather expressive to say the least. It appears that Kayne feels that both the rich and the poor are still being treated unjustly.

Eazy E & Ol' Dirty Bastard Holograms To Perform At Rock The Bells

Two members of influential rap groups N.W.A. and the Wu-Tang Clan will be resurrected for at least one more performance. Virtual images of Eazy E (Eric Wright) and Ol' Dirty Bastard (Russell Jones) will be used during performances at this years Rock The Bells music festival.. ODB will perform with his former group, Wu-Tang Clan, while Eazy-E will appear on stage with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. The first time a virtual image was utilized to resurrect a influential hip hop figure, was last year when a virtual image of 2 Pac was used at the Coachella music festival. The Rock The Bells tour is scheduled to begin September in San Bernardino, California.

Philly High School To Be Profiled On ABC's World News

ABC's national news anchor Diane Sawyer will be profiling Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion High School during her nightly World News program. Strawberry Mansion high school has been well documented for being one of the most violent schools in the city of Philadelphia over the past few years. Diane Sawyer will attempt to shead light on what it's like to attend Mansion as a student and employee, during her "Hidden America" series. Based on stats utilized by ABC, Strawberry Mansion High has been characterized as "one of the most dangerous schools in the country for the last five years." According to a recent Inquirer news report "Strawberry Mansion had more than 10 violent incidents per 100 students in each of the past five years." Strawberry Mansion was one of the schools scheduled to be closed by the district but was spared because of community support to keep the school open. You can watch the story Tuesday, May 21st at 6:30pm on ABC.

In the song, Kelly airs out some of her true feelings about being in the shadows of her Destiny's Child sister Beyonce' and being in a abusive relationship. Dr. Dre & Jimmy Iovine Donate $70 Million To Launch Arts Academy At USC

Soo who says rap music doesn't value education...Yes this news may shock some critics as two of rap's musics' most influential figures come together for a great long term cause. Reports have stated that rap music moguls Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine have come together to donate $70 million to the University of Southern California to establish a four-year undergraduate program for students looking to major in area such as computer science, Business, visual design and entrepreneurship.

The program will be titled The Jimmy Iovine & Andre Young Academy For Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation . The program will include one-on-one faculty mentoring from USC's schools of business, fine arts, engineering and music, and offer students the opportunity to interact with guest speakers and lecturers from the arts and entertainment field.  The academy will start enrolling students in the fall of 2014 with a class of 25. Students will be chosen by their academic achievement.

Rick Ross Reunites With Reebox?

Soo this story continues to get deeper and maybe more unclear, worst part is You ain't even know it! As of yesterday reports have flooded the Internet with a rumor stating that, rapper Rick Ross just may have mended his relationship with sneaker company Reebox. CEO Uli Becker made headlines earlier this week when he made a public statement saying "Rick Ross is a great guy, he just has some stupid advisers around him."

Now a rumors surface that Reebox has resigned the rapper to another deal. The picture above has been released with Swizz Beats indicating that, maybe this one isolated incident will not break the union amongst the two parties.

Chris Kelly, one half of the legendary hip hop duo Kris Kross, has been found dead in his Atlanta home. News broke of Kelly's passing in the Atl around 8pm est. Kris Kross is best known for their historic track "Jump." We will provide more info on the cause of death when it becomes available. RIP Chris Kelly.

Lil Wayne Issues Apology to Emmett Till’s Family

All my African-American history buffs should be pleased by Lil Wayne stepping up and issuing a apology to the Till family. Emmett Till was a slained Chicago teenager, who was murdered in the 1950's behind racial tension. Lil Wayne has been under extreme fire from the Till family since he dropped a verse on Future's "Karate Chop" track in Febuarary. The exact lyric from Weezy stated "Beat the p---y up like Emmett Till." The Till family felt like the lyric was highly offenssive and disrespectful and warned Lil Wayne that they would take the matter to the furthest extent. The Till familiy's serious take on the matter, prompted Lil Wayne to issue the following apology.

Dear Till Family:

As a recording artist, I have always been interested in word play. My lyrics often reference people, places and events in my music, as well as the music that I create for or alongside other artists. It has come to my attention that lyrics from my contribution to a fellow artist’s song has deeply offended your family. As a father myself, I cannot imagine the pain that your family has had to endure. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge your hurt, as well as the letter you sent to me via your attorneys. Moving forward, I will not use or reference Emmett Till or the Till family in my music, especially in an inappropriate manner. I fully support Epic Record’s decision to take down the unauthorized version of the song and to not include the reference in the version that went to retail. I will not be performing the lyrics that contain that reference live and have removed them from my catalogue. I have tremendous respect for those who paved the way for the liberty and opportunities that African-Americans currently enjoy. As a business owner who employs several African-American employees and gives philanthropically to organizations that help youth to pursue their dreams my ultimate intention is to uplift rather than degrade our community.

Soo everybody is preparing for another Floyd sighting in the ring. Many are confident that he will deend his title in honor, while others are Sure that he has finally met his match. A formidable opponent Robert Guerrero (31-1-1, 18 KOs) has shown his fierce competitive nature in the ring. Floyd Mayweather (43-0, 26 KOs) has to prove himself yet again that he is still the top prize fighter in the sport.

The fight is set to take place on Saturday May 4th in Las Vegas, NV at the MGM Grand. Its a strong chance that more patrons are paying to witness Mayweather lose in dramatic fashion then they are to see him win.
